why is it that Masquerain can’t learn fly? IT’S A FLYING TYPE
if it’s not able to use fly, why not just make it a basic bug type, like Beedrill or Butterfree? That way it ‘flies’ without learning fly or being a flying type.
Like I realize it’s pretty small and therefore probably wouldn’t be able to pick anyone up, but Pidgey can learn fly and IT WEIGHS LESS THAN MASQUERAIN
